There is a no-refund policy. A refund may be considered in cases of severe illness, injury or family emergency. A doctor’s note or other forms of proof may be required.

If we must cancel lessons due to inclement weather, cancelled classes will be made up within 2 weeks. We will contact you to arrange a time for the make-up lesson.
Please note that we cannot guarantee that make-up lessons will be with the same instructor. All our instructors are certified and qualified to teach your student.
