Make-Up for Canceled Classes
If we must cancel lessons due to inclement weather, cancelled classes will be made up within 2 weeks. We will contact you to arrange a time for the make-up lesson.
Please note that we cannot guarantee that make-up lessons will be with the same instructor. All our instructors are certified and qualified to teach your student.
Payment
To guarantee a spot in our lessons, a down-payment of $75.00 is required by interac e-transfer upon receiving the lesson time confirmation email, which will be sent to you within 24hours. The down-payment is non-refundable and will be subtracted from the final cost of the classes.
Full payment is required by the first class of the Session (no exceptions) via cash, cheque or interac e-transfer.
